Key Dates for Medicare Annual Enrollment Period!!
Now until 10/1/26, your 2027 Annual Notice of Changes are arriving by mail, email, or in your member portals from your current insurance carrier. Please review them carefully for updates if you are a member of a Part C Medicare
October 1st: Watch for our annual email or mailing to arrive. Meetings are published on our website on October 1st. We wait to post our meeting schedule under CMS (Medicare) rules.
October 15th - December 7 (AEP): Decisions, Decisions!! Please contact us! We have the tools to compare and make changes for you (as needed) by phone, virtual, or in person.
December 7: Final day to submit plan changes or enroll for new coverage starting January 1, 2027.
Special Enrollment Periods (all year):
- New to Medicare
- Retiring
- Moving in or out of your County (we serve all of WI and 11 additional states)
- Loss of coverage due to carrier service area reduction
- Change in Medicaid status
- Gaining WI SeniorCare Rx
- Chronic Health and Medicaid Eligible (dual eligible)
Medicare Supplements (Medigap): Premiums change at different times of the year. Often on January 1st. Please contact us to review as needed any time of the year
